  • Calorie restriction: Jeff Saturday became more serious and concerned about losing weight and becoming fit after his retirement, so he cut approximately 7000-8000 calories per day from his diet so that unhealthy fat would not be stored in his body.

  • Regular Physical Activity: Jeff Saturday's daily workouts and exercise routine had not changed since his retirement. He continued to follow his routine of regular training and a balanced diet in later years to stay fit and energetic.
Finally, he stated that the support he received from his wife and children was important to reach this goal.
