1. Pasteurized Milk

According to the Campaign for Real Milk, raw milk comes from properly fed cows. Cows that eat green grass produce milk that contains nutrients such as vitamins A and D. They claim that pasteurization allows the dairy industry to raise cows in less expensive and less healthy conditions.

Pasteurization, they claim, destroys enzymes and reduces vitamin content. Pasteurization, according to the group, is linked to allergies, increased tooth decay, infant colic, growth problems, osteoporosis, arthritis, heart disease, and cancer. Many calves that are fed pasteurized milk die before reaching maturity.

2. Fruit Juice and Sodas
